Non-licensed staff who are paid hourly should enter their working time each day in Neptune ESS

Licensed staff who are paid salary will only enter working time in Neptune ESS when they are reporting Extended Time

Your Time Approvers are the Building Secretary and the Principal. If you have questions regarding your working time entries, contact the Building Secretary first. If the question is related to pay, rather than time, please refer to the "Payroll Questions" section of this page.

Please note: time approval occurs over the course of the week following the end of the two-week pay-period. You may receive automated messages during this time warning you that your time was not approved.  There is no reason for alarm. Please be patient with the process and if everything has been entered accurately you can expect your time to be approved by the deadline.

Please note: All Extended Time must have prior approval from Admin. Extended Time without prior approval will be treated as volunteered hours. Thank you for your service!
