The 2025 Fun in the Sun Field Day Event!
Who? All grades are invited to participate
What? Fun in the Sun Field Day Event
Where? Lynnhurst Park
When? Wednesday May 21st, 2025 and if rain on the 21st; we'll have our event on Thursday May 22nd, 2025.
What Time? Grades 3-5 (9:45am-12:00pm) and Grades K-2 (1:15pm-3:00pm)
Why? It's a Burroughs Community School Tradition
How Can I Attend/Volunteer? Anyone can attend as a spectator (just come) but; we do need a lot of volunteers (complete Fun in the Sun Field Day volunteer form...see below).

Are you an early riser in the morning; meet Mr. Hill at Burroughs at 6:30am on James Avenue and help set-up Fun in the Sun Field Day.
Do you have a sweet tooth; we need a volunteer to pick-up the coffee and donuts in the morning for Fun in the Sun Field Day.
