Students will have the opportunity to follow along and workout with Mr. Hill and Mr. Kramka. In this fitness video all of their exercises are animal movements. When finished they will rate the workout on a scale of 1 to 5 for how hard they thought it was.

Students will follow along with Mr. Pritchard (Mr. Hill and Mr. Kramka's teacher friend) as he demonstrates and practices different hula hoop skills. Then, they will turn in a video of themselves trying their favorite trick or a trick they made up on their own.

Students will see how many jumping jacks they can do in a row with out stopping or taking a break. They can try as many times as they want and then will submit their results on Seesaw.
