Week Day Classics v1.0 (3rd-5th)

Movement Monday: Would You Rather

Students will have the opportunity to follow along and workout with Mr. Hill and Mr. Kramka. Each round, students will choose between two different items that show up on the screen and then do the exercise that appears underneath. When finished they will share which things from the video they like better.

Technique Tuesday: Hula Hoop

Students will practice hula hooping and see how long they can hula hoop without it touching the floor. They will have 5 tries to identify their personal best score and turn in their results on Seesaw.

Workout Wednesday: Create Your Own Workout

Students will create their own workout routine. They will include at least 5 fitness exercises and then come up with a fun name to go along with those exercises.

Throwdown Thursday: Jumping Jack Challenge

Students will see how many jumping jacks they can do in a row with out stopping or taking a break. They can try as many times as they want and then will submit their results on Seesaw.

Fresh Air Friday: Spring Hike

Students will choose between an outdoor or indoor spring hike and see if they can find all of the items on the checklist. Family members are encouraged to join in on the fun as we embrace the change in seasons from winter to spring.
