These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MPC. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and third parties granted access to MPC's online platforms.
MPC provides various digital services, including but not limited to the Learning Management System (LMS) for course materials, assignments, and online classes; student and faculty portals for academic records, schedules, and institutional communications; online enrollment and registration for admission, course registration, and fee payment; digital library and research resources such as e-books, journals, and academic databases; communication platforms including official email, announcements, and discussion forums; and administrative services for request processing, document submission, and institutional updates. MPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice.

MPC may deactivate or delete inactive accounts or those found to be in violation of these Terms.
Users may access the Services solely for academic and administrative purposes, official MPC-related communications, and research and educational activities in compliance with institutional policies. Users must not engage in any activity that violates laws or institutional policies, including copyright infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized distribution of proprietary content, fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation, cyberbullying, harassment, hate speech, or dissemination of illegal, obscene, or defamatory material. Additionally, users must not compromise system integrity through unauthorized access, hacking, exploitation of vulnerabilities, malware distribution, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, data scraping, or unauthorized data collection. Activities that disrupt Services, such as spamming, flooding, overloading MPC's networks, tampering with system configurations, bypassing security measures, or commercial use without MPC's written consent, are also prohibited.
MPC adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and ensures that personal data is collected lawfully and transparently, used only for legitimate academic and administrative purposes, stored securely with restricted access, and retained only as necessary before proper disposal. Users must not share sensitive personal or institutional data publicly and must report data breaches or privacy concerns immediately. MPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that endanger system security. These Terms may be revised at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
