Special Education

We are working with the U.S. Office of Education and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to ask parents about how schools develop partnerships with parents whose children receive special education services through an Individualized Education Program (IEP).  On 3/20/2024 you should have received an email requesting your participation in this survey. If you have access to a computer please complete the survey using link, username, and password provided in the email.  

Other ways to complete the survey include calling a WSPEI Family Engagement Coordinator or WI FACETS, and a staff person will read the question to you and type your answers into a computer. (WSPEI: http://wspei.org/contact/) or call 833-879-7734, WI FACETS call (877) 374-0511)

You can also call your Shelby Sporle at 608.987.0739 x127 and ask for a paper copy of the family engagement survey. She will mail the survey to you with a return envelope and postage.
