Entry Students participate in the Entry English program as a year long subject. This is compulsory for all students.
Students in the Above Entry program choose from semester length English Electives. Students must complete 4 English electives before undertaking the Pre VCE course. Above Entry students must select 1 Text Based elective and 1 Language Based elective each year in preparation for PreVCE.
All students must complete Pre VCE English or Pre VCE EAL in preparation for VCE English, English Language or VCE EAL and VCE VM. Students wishing to complete VCE English Language must have completed the prerequisite, Englishology, in a previous year.
