This year in science, our long-term learning target is “I can use science practices to make sense of natural phenomena and solve problems that show how living systems interact with their environment.” Basically, it’s about understanding how plants, animals, and other living things depend on each other and on their surroundings, and what happens when the environment changes. One big question we focus on is: What happens to ecosystems when the environment changes?
