The learning Target for this project was  I can identify and explain the processes involved in the rock cycle, including weathering, erosion, deposition, sedimentation, compaction, and cementation, through hands-on experimentation. What we did in this project was answer some questions and whether the answers were  correct from the drop-down menu a part of the picture would appear but if you answer was wrong nothing would appear. I met the goal for this learning target because my understanding of the rock cycle has  been better. The habit of heart and mind that I use was respected because we had to work with our table groups and we had to listen to their ideas.  I will use this in the future because I am learning how to cooperate with peers. 

Our first science unit was on plate tectonics and the ability to understand how plates move and interact in the Earth's lithosphere and recognize geological features. We explained their impact on the Earth's surface through a hands-on lab. What we did in this lab was demonstrate how tectonic plates move and what we used to show this were  gram cookies and frosting. I feel like I met the learning objective because I was able to explain to people what tectonic plates move   I also didn't distract other people and made sure we were all on toast so that we finish our work. 

This project was part of our exhibition and the learning Target of this project wasI can construct a scientific explanation based on evidence from rock strata for how the geologic time scale is used to organize earth’s 4.6-billion-year-old history. Also what we did was talk about the tectonic plates along with the rock strata of the region you studied as well as making a model that had  information on our  slides . I studied the great plains region  . I met the learning Target By earning a meet.  For this project I use refinement because To make the model we had to sketch rough design and then talk about if we all had the same ideas or maybe they were different. In the future I can  make sure we use our time wisely.
