I have fully committed to this goal and have included so many people that before I would not have. Proof of this is I have made so many more friends by opening up more.

My goal for integrity was to do the right thing more often. I have improved at this because I do the right thing when no ones around. Proof of this is my work is better because I stay on task a lot more.

since I made this goal I have accomplished a lot but I still have a lot to work on. I always complete my homework but I can still be stressed and I still sometimes put it off.

I have not made a lot of progress in refinement I still turn in my work at the bare minimum.

My goal for refinement is to refine more because I leave my work as soon as I am done and I don't refine.
