Goal for Respect: Consistently displays a positive attitude about school and working with others. 

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Respect...

1. I will think about what I am saying before I say it

2. I will start thinking positively so that becomes my mindset

3. I will keep my mouth shut if I have nothing good to say.

Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...

1. Being positive when I get group members that i am not 

2. Not talking about how much I hate the people I'm working with.

3. Not complaining about going to school off school premises

The difference it will make is...

1. It’ll make others want to work with me

2. It will make group projects less daunting

3. I will maybe discover people that i work well with

Goal for Effort:Actively works to improve skills through practice, grit and effort 

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Effort...

1. I will start using my planner more effectively 

2. I will monitor if my efforts to manage my time better are failing

3. If they are failing, I can change the strategy and repeat

1. Getting better at managing my time

2. Using my time wisely

3. Getting ahead

The difference it will make is...

1. I can work to finish extensions 

2. I will slowly not feel like I'm always behind

3. It will put me in a good mindset

Goal for Integrity: Models appropriate conduct and language.

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Integrity...

1. I will come up with substitute words

2. I will follow all of the rules

3. I will use integrity every day

1. Using appropriate language around younger peers

2. Following the rules 

3. Not doing anything behind others' backs

1. People will respect what I am saying

2. The teachers will trust me

Goal for Refinement: Actively seeks feedback from others in order to revise their work

1. I will ask my peers if I can show them my work

2. I will ask others how they are doing the assignment 

3. I will refine my work
