Social Enterprises

Continuing the Cline Legacy

During his life, Morgan Cline invested in a number of projects in Appanoose County to preserve historic buildings, deliver needed services, and attract economic growth. The Morgan E. Cline Foundation is pleased to continue operating three social enterprises Cline started during his lifetime: The Continental Hotel, The Shoppes at Bradley Hall, and The Majestic Theater. Each provides unique social benefits to the community that would not be possible without the foundation's support.

The Continental Hotel and Lucile's Steaks and Spirits
