Moonpig’s Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity

At Moonpig Group, we’re committed to creating an inclusive and caring culture with brilliant people who feel a real sense of belonging. We welcome and celebrate all diverse backgrounds to Moonpig, from working parents who need flexibility with their hours to individuals who are neurodiverse and prefer to work a certain way.

We’re proud to have several employee-led committees within our organisation, including the LGBTQ+ Committee, Gender Balance Committee and our Moonpig Against Racism Committee.

We’ll continue to push for diversity and that sense of belonging so that all Moonpig employees feel safe and comfortable to be their true authentic self at work.

Caring Consciously

At Moonpig Group we’re always encouraging people to show that they care, so we want to show that we care, too. About our communities, the people in them, and the environment. That’s why we’re taking steps towards a more sustainable future and a healthier, happier planet for everyone.


Our aim is to create moments that matter by preserving and enhancing our environment, caring for our people, and sparking moments of joy in our communities. We’re caring consciously to make a difference the Moonpig Group way.

As a greetings card company the majority of our products are made out of trees, and we recognise the impact that has on the environment.

So far we use 100% sustainably sourced* paper and card & 100% of our cards, envelopes and packaging are recyclable or compostable!



A diverse organisation is a better organisation, so we're consciously championing diversity across the whole of Moonpig Group, starting at the top.

A goal of ours is Increase the combined leadership representation of women and ethnic minorities to at least 50% by 2025!


As a group we are hoping to do this by working towards these 2 goals:

  1. Achieve net zero (operational) carbon emissions by 2030

  2. Measure value chain emissions and set reduction targets by the end of FY 2023

As well as needing forests for vital reasons (the air we breathe, to help nature live and thrive, providing an income for over a billion people), we also wouldn’t be able to print cards without them. That's why we've made a conscious commitment to ensure that we restore the forestry resources used during the production of our cards.


Twice a year we carry out our Big Listen engagement survey to find out how you feel about life at Moonpig. There are lots of things we focus on to paint a detailed picture of engagement; from reward & recognition to leadership, wellbeing to company values, teamwork to learning & development, communication & collaboration.



At Moonpig Group we care about diversity in tech.The technology diversity gap leads to inequalities in economic opportunity, biases in new technology, and makes the talent pool for innovation weaker. We have an opportunity to change this and, in turn, create a better and stronger organisation.

Our goal is New hires into technical roles to be at least 45% from women by 2025!


We know the importance of personal connections and are proud that Moonpig Group helps so many people to show others that they care. Now we want to help our communities even further. Through the Moonpig Group Foundation we support causes that create connections and spark moments of joy, with the aim of helping communities to be more resilient and people to lead happier, healthier lives.

Our mission is to help people connect and create moments that matter, so we must take conscious action to make sure our customers are considered every step of the way. We care about providing an accessible, inclusive, safe and high quality service, and aim to create an open and honest dialogue about what's working and what isn't.


Our charities

We encourage everyone to get involved with their local communities. In 2021 the Moonpig Group Foundation was created to do just that. The Foundation gives us the means to realise our organisations purpose even further - by donating time and financial support to relevant organisations and causes. We work with charities and social enterprises focused on wellbeing, underserved communities and diversity in tech across the UK and Netherlands. We have set a goal to “Invest £1m between 2020-2025 leveraging the Moonpig Group Foundation to causes that spark moments of joy”.
