What training and development opportunities do you offer?
At Moonpig Group, we believe that you take control of your own learning and we’re here to provide you with the tools to make that easy and fun. We want everyone to be curious, interested and active in what and how they learn.
The way we think about learning is the 70/20/10 approach.

Are interviews remote or in person ?
As a vast majority of our employees work as part of the hybrid working model, this has resulted in a large amount of interviews being held online via google meets. However should the hiring manager or team wish to meet you in person at some point during the interview process, this will be communicated by the Talent Acquisition team or the recruiter in charge of hiring the role to make these arrangements if possible.
How many interview stages are there?
All roles will vary in the amount of interviews stages there are, but should you wish to know more about the different stages from start to finish then please feel free to reach out to anyone is Talent team whom you may be in contact with and they will be happy to explain this further to you.
Will there be a task involved?
For some of our vacancies, the interview process will involve completing a task of some sort, however this will always be mentioned by the talent team ahead of the interview with enough time to prepare and complete the task.
How can I share a job with a friend?
If a role on our career site comes up and you feel a friend, family member or old colleague be suited for the role, you can either reach out directly with someone in the Talent team and refer them or you can share the vacancy found here with them and get them to apply directly.
