Realtime
Realtime is the Student Information System (SIS) used by the Montvale Schools. It is the central hub of contact, scheduling, and academic information between the school and parents. Students and parents receive an account when they enter the Montvale Schools that will remain with them through 8th grade.
All information regarding teacher assignments will be accessible in the Realtime Parent Portal on or about August 18. Our IT Department will be sending login instructions to the email address you used during the registration process. Prior to gaining access to your child’s teacher assignment for this year, you will be asked to confirm and update important contact information. It is very important that this information is current and accurate as this data is used for all school communications and emergency contacts. Please know that ALL Realtime passwords will be reset prior to the start of school and you will be emailed a temporary password from our IT Department.

Please allow me to extend my sincere appreciation to our teachers and support staff for all of their hard work and diligence with the completion of our placement process. There were so many variables that went into consideration for each individual placement. The staff has worked extensively developing a fitting learning environment for both the students and teachers.
Due to the individualized attention given throughout this process, and the makeup of each class, we cannot accept any requests for a change in a student’s placement.
