Realtime is the Student Information System (SIS) used by the Montvale Schools. It is the central hub of contact, scheduling, and academic information between the school and families. Students and families receive an account when they enter the Montvale Schools, and it remains active through eighth grade.
All information regarding teacher assignments will be accessible in the Realtime Parent Portal on August 22nd. Our IT Department will send login instructions to the email address used during the registration process. Prior to gaining access to your child’s teacher assignment for this year, you will be asked to confirm and update important contact information. It is very important that this information is current and accurate, as it is used for all school communications and emergency contacts. Please note that ALL Realtime passwords will be reset prior to the start of school, and you will be emailed a temporary password from our IT Department.

Class Placement
Please allow me to extend my sincere appreciation to our teachers and support staff for all of their hard work and diligence with the completion of our placement process. There were so many variables that went into consideration for each individual placement. The staff has worked extensively developing a fitting learning environment for both the students and teachers.
Due to the individualized attention given throughout this process, and the makeup of each class, we cannot accept any requests for a change in a student’s placement.
