Parents and Students,
I have gathered a ton of resources to help keep you physically active! Remember, your goal is 60 minutes a day! Don't forget that you don't have to do anything fancy to get your minutes in. Get that heart rate up! Walking the dog, riding your bike, playing basketball, soccer, or football, or creating a sidewalk chalk obstacle course are all amazing ways to get your daily activity in.
