Directions on how to make a calming glitter bottle
This is a voluntary program that parents can choose to have their children participate in. In this program, children are engaged through videos, stories, and activities that focus on managing and expressing emotions in a healthy manner. This program is for children in kindergarten through second grade. There are 10 days worth of activities on this site. Children are encouraged to complete only one days worth of activities per week. That way the entire program will last 10 weeks. The video that goes along with day 4 does not work, but you can find the book, Wilma Jean The Worry Machine, by Julia Cook, on YouTube read aloud books. The link is below.
