Appearance vs. Reality

Welcome to Unit 1 of AP Lit! This Unit's objective is below:

By the end of this unit, students should be able to determine how various texts connect to the universal theme of appearance vs. reality. Students will use their understanding of intertextuality to analyze the effects of each authors' choices as they pertain to character development, the importance of setting, and textual structure in order to successfully complete the end of unit exam.
