Integrity, Fairness & Ethics:

• Developed behavior management plans and followed through with numerous parent conferences. I followed through on every incident and kept a log of all my parent calls while at Bradt.  There was a significant decrease in student referrals from year 1 to year 2 at Bradt parent conferences.  Our SchoolTool data shows that at my first year at Bradt, we had 366 student referrals. Our building implemented PBIS my second year and cumulatively saw under 300 referrals.
