Internet Safety Awareness:

• Worked closely with Laurel Logan-King and James Dilbone to ensure our district followed NYS Ed Law 2D. This document is updated on a weekly basis to inform our educators what software is currently Ed Law 2d approved, still in process or denied.

Building and Student Safety:

• Member of Safety Committee.

• Member of Emergency Response Team for both Bradt Primary and the CAT building. 

• Responsible for bus/parent drop off and pick up traffic at the front of Bradt as well as fire, lock down and lock out drills at the Center for Advanced Technology.

• Fire Assembly Celebration at Pinewood

Discipline: 

• Bradt 2017 -18 had 366 student discipline referrals.  That following year, we revamped our discipline process and helped Leslie Smith launch the Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies (PBIS). 

• Based on 2017-18 discipline data, the cafeteria was a hot spot for negative behavior. Helped support the Silver Spoon program and spent many hours modeling proper cafeteria behavior with the students.

• Held a bus driver breakfast meeting at Bradt; the bus is another common place of disruptive behavior. Included bus drivers in our PBIS plan.

• Attended BSD Meetings + TCI Trainings
