Minimum of 5 years from superannuation

Needs to be a member for a minimum of 3 years

Undertaking Letter

Capacity to repay the ESWS Welfare loan

• Minimum Net take home pay of Nu.4000/- after deducting ESWS loan installment amount.

Verified by DEO/Principal, Head of Institutes.

Availability of fund in the ESWS Account (ESWS Loan to be disburse to 20 to 25 loan applicants in a month considering the available fund in the ESWS Account)

With Regards to the Teachers residing outside Thimphu dzongkhag, their Welfare loan amount shall be transferred through TT to their saving account. The ESWS will release the loan amount only after receiving an Authorization Letter (attach ID copy) by the concerned, authorizing the ESWS secretariat to disburse their loan amount to its account, after which the ESWS shall not be liable for any future discrepancy.

The Members need to submit the following (documents incomplete shall not be entertained and ESWS section shall not be liable for the cancellation of their candidature). Forms are available in the Education website. www.education.gov.bt*

• Copy of Citizenship ID card
• Last pay slip( signed from the concerned Accounts Officer)
