Tips for searching for photos:
Always add 'HD' or 'high quality' after your search to get clearer photos e.g. 'Live heart HD' or 'Damaged liver high quality image'.
Ensure photos are clear, realistic, detailed and not cartoonish.

Try out different brushes to find what suits your object/texture the most.
