Nuraishah designed a Nearpod lesson to introduce the topic Adjectives to her P1 Malay Language class. She activated their learning by using Time to Climb (quiz) at the beginning of the lesson to assess their prior knowledge. Subsequently, she presented to them slides to explain the key concepts of the topic. To promote thinking and discussion, she used Collaborate Board (for discussion). Collaborate Board was also used as Exit Ticket for students. To assess their understanding at the end of the lesson, she used Matching Pairs whereby students match the correct adjectives to pictures given to them. Students were engaged throughout the lesson. To reinforce their learning, students completed a differentiated written worksheet on Adjectives as their homework.
