PLD Fault reporting
You may experience PLD issues. The issues may include :
Hardware issues like keyboard, trackpad, stylus, screen etc.
Reset MIMS or SLS password and etc.
The mode of communication with students for the collection of repaired PLD is through their Stucent ICON email.
You should bring your PLD to the ICT Helpdesk Office during your recess period or after school to get your device diagnosed.
We are located at Block D, Level 1, beside the Design and Technology Workshop.
Our opening hours is from 7.30am to 5pm, weekdays.
The mode of communication for repaired PLDs from ICT Personnel to students will be via their iCON email. Students are STRONGLY encouraged to check their emails on a weekly basis for any updates.
Yes, you can. If you require a Permanent device loan for HBL or ongoing online assignments/projects during the repairing period of your PLD, a consent letter will be issued to your parents to acknowledge the loaning guidelines. Only upon Parent's acknowledgement of the terms and condition of the loaned device, will you received it.
You may also do a daily loan of a PLD, during school hours, if you have an alternative owned device to support your HBL or other ongoing online assignments/projects assigned by your teachers.
