These PLD Routine posters were designed by our student, Chen Xi.  The objective of the posters is to ensure students safe guard their PLDs when they are in or out of the classrooms.

You may experience PLD issues. The issues may include :

ICT Helpdesk Location 

You should bring your PLD to the ICT Helpdesk Office during your recess period or after school to get your device diagnosed. 

Helpdesk Mode of Communication on the tracking of repaired PLDs

The mode of communication for repaired PLDs from ICT Personnel to students will be via their iCON email. Students are STRONGLY encouraged to check their emails on a weekly basis for any updates. 

Can I borrow a PLD if my PLD is sent for repair?

Yes, you can. If you require a Permanent device loan for HBL or ongoing online assignments/projects during the repairing period of your PLD, a consent letter will be issued to your parents to acknowledge the loaning guidelines. Only upon Parent's acknowledgement of the terms and condition of the loaned device, will you received it. 

You may also do a daily loan of a PLD, during school hours, if you have an alternative owned device to support your HBL or other ongoing online assignments/projects assigned by your teachers.
