Useful information on Student's Accounts

You can reset your MIMS password yourself. You may refer to the guide below. 

1. go to https://mims.moe.gov.sg/sspr

2. Skip the setting up of security questions if you see the following error messages: 

   • SSPR5006 - Challenge questions has not been defined

   • SSPR5081 - No profile is assigned for this operation

   • Your login has been disabled due to intruder detection

   • The user name is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature

3. set up security questions 

4. click forget password
