What is MIMS?

MOE Identity Management System (MIMS) is a new system that replaces IAMS 2.0 for managing the user accounts of all staff and students in MOE. MIMS provides access to multiple applications with a single ID and password such as your login to the school laptops, Personal Learning Device (PLD), school WI-FI (SWN@SSOE), SLS, Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus Apps etc.

What is my MIMS login?

Set up MIMS 2FA Security Questions

All students are strongly encouraged to set up their 2FA security questions in the MIMS portal. This is to provide students with the autonomy of doing their own MIMS password reset if they need to. The video guide below is a step-by-step guide on setting up the 2FA security questions. 

Do note that this set up can be done on other devices such as mobile phones, personal laptops (not PLDs) or tablets.

Self-Service Password Reset on MIMS Portal

Students can do a self-service password reset on the MIMS Portal after they have setup their 2FA Security questions. A video guide is made available below for students to follow the steps of resetting their password.
