How to demonstrate annotations/ drawings/ writing on screen/ paper?

How to share the link with the students?

Zoom: Embed into SLS lesson. Template of SLS lesson on a scheduled Zoom meeting can be found here: SLS Zoom meeting lesson template (Please log in SLS to access it)

Google Meet: Set the meeting 30 min before lesson. Then, share the link via SLS announcement or whatsapp. Remind student to always check SLS announcement/ whatsapp 20 min before scheduled lesson.

Waiting lounge before lesson starts properly

Remind students to join video conference lesson 15 min before scheduled lesson. While waiting for students to join, screen-share a powerpoint slide with reminders (such as, "Have you mute your mic?" or outline of lesson or lesson objective. Early birds will get to view those instructions while waiting. Once in awhile return to Zoom/ Google meet screen to accept/admit/approve student.
