Lead Teachers@Conversations
Welcome!
This website aims to support the professional learning of Geography teachers in Singapore with the goal of enhancing quality teaching and learning in every Geography classroom. It is a repository of the pedagogical practices being explored by members of Networked Learning Communities in the Geography Chapter of the Academy of Singapore Teachers.
What are NLCs and what do they serve to do?
NLCs can be defined as teams of teachers from different schools working and learning collaboratively to examine and reflect on their practice. They learn from one another, with one another, and on behalf of others (Jackson & Temperley, 2007).
