1. Our ICT Team and Provisions

The ICT Team consisting Head of Dept / ICT, Subject Head / ICT, ICT Associate and Desktop Engineers, strives to innovate and streamline all ICT infrastructure setup to facilitate lesson delivery enhanced by ICT.

The current provisions includes the following key installations:

§ MOE ICT standard provisions such as high-speed wifi network, computer labs special rooms and library equipped with laptop devices. Mobile carts with PC laptops and Chromebooks are available for teachers to deploy for classroom learning.

§ Special ICT equipment such as MS Surface Pro PC tablets, wide screen projection and touchscreen smart TV panels with mini-PCs are installed in a few special rooms to experiment more interactive teaching and learning in class.

§ Mobile platforms such as school-designed microsites such as Current Affairs Programme and apps such as “Chung Cheng Heritage App” are produced for teachers and students to be used for more interactive teaching and extended learning purposes.

§ Streamlined Learning Management Systems (LMS) that integrate the streamlined suite of Gmail (cchm.edu.sg), Google Docs and Google Classroom solutions with the rich library of MOE Student Learning Space (SLS) to give our students a structured online learning experience. Our teachers too benefit from MOE one-stop resource LMS portal such as OPAL for their professional development.

§ Stakeholders’ communication platforms such as the MOE Parent Gateway app and our school official website https://chungchenghighmain.moe.edu.sg/ provides information and resources to our parents on school announcements, events and activities. Social media such as the Chung Cheng High Facebook has also been used to reach out to our alumni and public who are interested in our school.
