Council Application
The CAP Council application will open in January 2023. Please leave your contact details here so that the teachers can get in touch with you when information has been uploaded.
Instructions
If you are in Secondary School, JC/Pre-U/Poly or have just graduated from JC/Pre-U/Poly, ask a relevant teacher to write you a personal recommendation. Your personal Teacher Recommender should be able to comment on your leadership abilities.
Prepare the following before attempting to fill in the application:
1) current photo (.jpg, Max 3 MB)
2) email address of your personal Teacher Recommender
3) personal statement responses to the questions:
i) Why are you applying to be a CAP councillor?
ii) In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good CAP councillor for an online Seminar?
iii) Assess your strengths and weaknesses as a leader, using your life experiences to substantiate your views.Go to https://go.gov.sg/2022-cap-council-app to fill in the application on FormSG.
Check that you receive the confirmation email. If your school/.edu account blocks automated emails, re-submit the application with a personal email.
Copy the RESPONSE ID from the confirmation email and provide it to your personal Teacher Recommender.
