Personal Learning Device (PLD)


PLD for repair/replacement

Student is expected to log a case with the reception desk at General Office. The school will assist to log a case with Acer Care.
It is expected to take at least 4 weeks, from the collection date, to repair and delivered back to school.


PLD loan

It is available for students whose PLD are sent for repair. Student will be informed via email for the collection of school-loaned PLD during the repair of their personal PLD.


Lost of PLD

Student is to make a report at the General Office as soon as possible. Together with parents, student will make a police report for the lost of PLD within 3 working days from the lost. Parent and/or student can email the police report to HOD ICT (yeow_pei_lin@moe.edu.sg).
Loss of PLD due to negligence will not be covered by the insurance.

Software/App for download in PLD

The software available at Company Portal (app in PLD for students to download software/app). If the software/app are not seen, please inform HOD ICT, at least 7 working days,  to alert vendor to push down to the portal.
