Resource Booking System (RBS)

MOE ceased the subscription of Ask N Learn as of 31 Dec 2021.

Moving forward, all bookings will be made on a new portal, Resource Booking System (RBS), at https://rbs.avero-tech.com/

You will be able to login with your CES email address (@schools.gov.sg) and password (MIMS password, the one you use to login to your computer every morning) to making venue bookings for your meetings or CCA.

RBS app is available at Google Play and Apple App Store for download to ease the convenience in booking resources.

FAQ

I am unable to login via MIMS and what shall I do?

Ans: Please do not ask EA Fadilah to book on your behalf.

       Try the following:

       Clear browsing data in Chrome or Edge:        

        a) in Chrome, "3 dots" > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data

           in Edge, "3 dots" > History > "3 dots" again > Clear Browsing Data

       b) set time range to All Time, select Cookies and Cached Images, unselect the rest. Then press Clear Data.

       c) Once data clear is done, restart the browser.
