The diet of youths are tainted by fast food, sugary treats and supersized portions. The average daily intake of sugar among Malaysian youths increased from seven teaspoons in 2012 to ten teaspoons in 2017 (The Star, 2021). 36% of Malaysia’s youth drink carbonated drinks at least once a day (New Straits Times, 2019).
Problem: A Busy College.
Everyday all lecturers and staff enter the college with easy access. But parents and visitors must get the access to enter the college by security guard house and have a sticker to enter the college. All visitors also need to get permission from the staff at the receptionist counter to see a lecturer or staff in that college. What happens in our body? Is it the same as entering college?

Problem: All about plants!
Common names are frequently used when talking about plants. Unfortunately, confusion occurs when multiple common names are used for the same plant . Not only the common name but the similar structure also makes a barrier in communication among biology students. For example, can anyone differentiate between these two plants shown below?
Hmm…it looks the same but not identical!. Due to superficial similarities in foliage and plant structure, Picture a: cycads ( Right) and palms ( Left) are often mistaken for each other. They also can occur in similar climates. However, they belong to different phyla and as such are not closely related. There are a number of differences between cycads and palms.
Beyond those superficial resemblances, another confusion might occur between pineapple and cycas. Are both fruits shown the same??? Nope….
For one, both male and female cycads are gymnosperms and bear cones (strobili) ( Right) while pineapples are angiosperms and so bear fruit ( Left): Picture b
