Once you've looked through this site and you find that you have a question not answered here, do not fret!  We are, as always, here to support you. To make sure your questions get answered in a timely manner, please follow this guidance:

★ You have a general Mentor Academy course question.

• • Example: The Mentor-in-Training (MIT) cannot view the Mentor Academy course or cannot access their Mentor Academy Feedback Journal.

  • Please message the #mentor-academy-review-committee Slack channel or email credentials@modernclassrooms.org. Someone will get back to you ASAP.  

★ You have a personal concern about scoring a submission.

• • Example: You have been paired with an applicant you know personally or mentored and are not comfortable supporting through Mentor Academy.

  • Please email credentials@modernclassrooms.org. Someone will get back to you within one business day.

★ You have an urgent and personal concern not listed above or in other sections of this site.

• • Email credentials@modernclassrooms.org directly and include the word URGENT in the subject line. Someone will get back to you ASAP. 

Don't forget that the Helpful Resources section of the course platform has your timesheet and time entry form.
