Alluding to the Ginkgo's exotic appearance and origin, my park was designed borrowing elements from east Asian garden design, placing them within a park designed in a style more common to American cities. The 10-ft walls and bubbling water features provide a serene environment in which parkgoers can rest on the benches, watch fish in the pond, or sprawl on the lawn space while the anxiety induced by the surrounding city is drowned out.

The concept of of this design is to create a space for people to enjoy food and drinks. My design is part of a winery or pumpkin patch, where they serve food, but there is nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Here there is space for everyone to gather and eat.
