Moments of MPC
Friday, December 25th. We had a White Christmas! And here are some pictures of our lovely and beautiful church.
Pumpkin Pies Delivery
Tuesday, November 24th. Because of the COVID-19 Virus pandemic, we decided not to have annual Harvest Luncheon, celebrating the Thanksgiving Day. But because we are thankful for our members, church secretary Janet Phillips, her husband Bill, and pastor Je delivered pumpkin pies and Advent devotionals to all families in the congregation.
Thursday, February 27th. Our church blessed the LIFE Blessings for the hungry students at Hatfield and Burris Elementary Schools.
Tuesday, February 25th. FPC hosted the Shrove Tuesday to fatten the parish members before the long abstinence during Lent.
Saturday, February 15th. The parish gathered for the Valentine's Celebration. Because nothing is more romantic than the Bible Quiz, we had it after the spaghetti meal, and there were many awesome prizes. Thanks George & Brenda James for cooking tasty spaghetti, and thanks to the deacons for decorating and preparing this wonderful night.
Monday, February 3rd. Westminster Guild of our church had a Spring Party at Sharon Shipman's house. Members had much fun with tea party and crafting.
Sunday, February 2nd. Thank you for your much love and generous donation toward the LIFE pantry through the Souper Bowl.
Sunday, January 26th. Our parished church FPC Bedford had their bicentennial celebration officially last October 6th at which time they were not able to invite us due to their limited space. So they invited us this time. There were nice lunch and building tour (guided by Peggy Julian).
Sunday, January 19th. Many things happened on this day. There was special 'Special Music.' The church installed two elders and two deacons for their service in God's church. There was the Annual Meeting after the service in the sanctuary. There was an pitch-in lunch in the fellowship hall after the annual meeting.
