Essential Question: How might I embrace leadership  and continue to contribute to the Mineola community? 

The final year of the New Educator Workshop culminates in a digital portfolio. Material in each portfolio encompasses all professional learning throughout the four years of the New Educator Workshop. These portfolios are presented to the district in order to receive tenure. The final year's learning includes a reflection on the whole process of the New Educator Workshop. Educators share what they have learned throughout the workshop and how they contributed and plan to continue to contribute to the Mineola UFSD community.
