Life-Long Learner: Resilience

Essential Question: How might I reframe challenges as opportunities to grow?

Year 3 of the New Educator Workshop focuses on resilience and personal growth. In this year of the workshop, educators look to grow their pedagogical skills as they align with Mineola's mission and see the benefit of learning with and from other professionals. 

Educators conduct an inquiry based project that concludes with a presentation.  Educators solve a problem of practice that is of interest to them and share their learning from this via a 4-5 minute Ignite presentation. 



Year 3 of the New Educator Workshop includes a 15 hour salary credit in the form of:
