Join Tamara & Trudi for the Welcome to the Group and Orientation to the weekend. We will share our immersive creative process for the weekend. Guidance and tips will be offered for those new to practicing and creating in silence.

The Quiet room is available for your own personal (silent) meditation practice in the morning. The Studio will also be available to use in the mornings for your own personal movement practice.
8 - 9am
Gentle restorative mindful movements based on Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Studio or Outside (weather permitting).
9 - 10.30am
Enjoy our healthy breakfast buffet (cleared at 10am) and organise yourself for the day. A time to practice mindful eating. Journal, reflect, set intentions, walk, or simply rest.

10.30 - 11.30 am
Time with and in Nature (bring wellies and warm things).
Time to get inspired by the beautifully cared for gardens and spacious natural environment. We will offer some guidance and suggestions for your exploration at the start. Tune into your body as you discover the parts of the garden that stimulates your senses and speaks to your soul. Water features, walking paths and hidden treasures await discovery.

11.30am - 1pm
Join Tamara for a Mindfulness of the body Four Elements Practice. You can experience this in a meditative, reflective or creative way as you wish.

Let's start our creative process together as we explore the themes of rooting, gestation and preparing the soil in a creative manner. To support your creative process, silence can be (mindfully) broken with the facilitators during this session. We will integrate embodied experience with creative expression. Find the media that helps you to express your experience in the best way. Make mistakes, start again...enter into the creative spiral.

Time to be on your own or share silent space with others to continue your creative process . You can stay in the the Dinning room or you can rest and reflect in your room or one of the other inside or outside spaces of your choice.
