This page is designed to support principals, school assessment coordinators and others who are responsible for schoolwide administrative and data tasks in i-Ready. Reminder: Classroom Teachers with sections assigned in Infinite Campus cannot have schoolwide admin access.

Diagnostic Resources

Assigning Diagnostic for Winter and Spring Sessions

During the winter and spring i-Ready Diagnostic windows schools are expected to set their own start date for the diagnostic in accordance with your testing schedule
Provides flexibility for instruction and MyPath use before students are automatically prompted to take the diagnostic
The diagnostic cannot be assigned ahead of time on the platform - it must be done in i-Ready the night before or the morning of the day you wish to start the diagnostic.
Any school that has not started their diagnostic will be set automatically for the beginning of the third week of the window
- - Winter - Window 1/5/26 - 1/23/26, date for automatic district assignment of diagnostic 1/19/26
  - Spring - Window 5/11/26 - 5/29/26, date for automatic district assignment of diagnostic 5/25/26

TECHNOLOGY UPDATES

If the i-Ready Lockdown Browser is causing issues, follow these steps:

Make sure GoGuardian has NO tab restrictions for students during the test. Tab restrictinos prevent the Lockdown Browser from launching if there are too many open.
UPDATE CHROMEBOOK - MPS Technology will not push out the update right now because it could affect a lot more than just the Lockdown Browser situation. It can be done on a classroom basis. How to Update Chrome Manually doc.
