Registration Hours are from 9am - 3pm
SY24-25 registration is open. If you are new to the Mililani District, please review all items needed below. Registration is in person only from 9AM - 3PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). No appointment is required.

If your child will be leaving Mililani Middle School please visit the Registrar's office to complete the necessary paperwork. If you would like to expedite the process, you may do the following :
Print out the "Request for Permanent Release of Student from Mililani Middle School" forms
Fill in the forms
Return completed forms to the Registrar's Office
