Welcome!
Bus Pass Application Information – School Year 2025–2026
To get a bus pass for the school year, here's what you need to know:
You can only sign up for a bus pass during certain times. It's important to apply and pay within these dates:
Quarter 2: September 22, 2025, to October 17, 2025
Quarter 3: December 12, 2025, to January 9, 2026
Quarter 4: March 2, 2026, to March 27, 2026
If you apply too early or too late, your application will be canceled. If you get a bus pass but don't pay for it, it will also be canceled.
To get a bus pass, you will need your child's 10-digit student ID number. You can find this number on their class schedule or on old report cards.
You can sign up online using a website called eTrition. You can find a bus stop near your house using another website called infofinder-i.
Exceptions
If your student does not meet the eligibility requirements, exceptions can be made on a space available basis. This is not a guarantee. Parents/guardians who wish to apply for space available bus service must submit the Request to Ride the School Bus on a Space Available Basis (Form CS-101), available at the school office. Your child will not be permitted to ride the bus until this form is approved by school administration and is still contingent on seat availability. Until both the CS-101 form and bus application are approved and paid for, parents/guardians must make alternative transportation arrangements.
If your child loses their bus pass, you have to pay $5 to get a new one. This is true even if your child's bus ride is free.
