Tardy to School

Students are to report to the school office for a Class Admit slip if they arrive after 8:20am.  Excessive tardies may result in parent notification, conference, and consequence.

Returning from an Absence

Students returning from an absence should submit a note to the front office (e.g. doctor's, dentist's, or parent's note). Students are responsible for requesting make-up work.

Extended Absence

At Mililani Middle School we understand the importance and appreciate the benefits of family vacations as well as participation in sports and outside academic events.  It is also important that the student works diligently upon their return to school to provide evidence of proficiency on the standards/benchmarks that were covered in his/her absence.

If your child will be absent for more than five (5) days, please print and complete the Notification of Extended Absence.  Turn the form into the office prior to your child's absence.
