A Reminder from HPD
If you are picking your child up off of Kuaoa Street near the bus lane in the afternoon, please ensure you are leaving 20 feet of space around the marked cross walks. We have received reports that parents are parking on top of and too close to cross walks, which limits visibility and creates a safety hazard for students crossing the road at those marked areas. HPD has been notified at a recent neighborhood meeting and may be issuing citations for vehicles parked too close to marked crosswalks.
