You will be prompted to select a Term and Year - please select Fall 2022
Select "Mililani" in the High School drop down
Complete all of your personal information using your Full Legal Name
When prompted please use the following information

If you qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch, please select "Economically Disadvantaged." If you do not quality for Free and Reduced Lunch, pelase select "Not economically disadvantaged"
When prompted, please use the following information

Requirement - HS Requirement
Location - High School
Campus - UH West Oahu
Source of Funding - Personal
Press the "Submit Application" Button and it should allow you to print a signature page
Make sure the signature page has you and your parent's signatures
Please submit to Dr. Miyahira - I will get your counselor and principal signatures
You can either submit your dual credit application to the front office (please ask them to place it in Dr. Miyahira's box) or drop it off in H Quad offices.

You will have to Create An Account
Select "Yes" Under the Degree Goal section - Are you a currently enrolled high school student looking to enroll in college courses before you graduate?
You are enrolling for Fall 2022 (this is the term)
You do not have to provide standardized test scores (ACT or SAT scores)
You should receive a welcome e-mail from UH West Oahu
Remember that two sets of numbers are sent to you during the application process
Centralized Application System Code
CAS as a 10-digit code needed to complete their application
University of Hawaii Student Identification Number
UH ID as an 8-digit code
signifying they completed the application process
