Navigate: Content Creator - Next semester our students have the opportunity to participate in a county wide career exploration and experiential learning opportunity called Navigate: Content Creator. This 10 week program will meet once per week on Thursdays from 12pm - 2pm. Students who are interested will learn about many subjects -- Personal Branding, Content Strategy, Creation and Production of Content in Multiple Mediums, and Audience and Network Building. This is an ideal program for students who might be interested in careers in the fields of Social Media, Journalism, Visual Arts, Marketing, and many more. All careers require individuals to be able to tell their own story. This is a great way to get an introduction to multiple mediums used in storytelling. Students who are interested should sign up HERE by December 19. We will have only six spots available. Students may miss some part of their classes each week, if their schedules cannot be rearranged. This means that students must be willing to put forth extra effort to make up missed class time.
Coming in January/February: Scheduling, ACT/PreACT, and more are coming in January and February. Please keep an eye out for this information from the counseling office.
