College Credit Plus is Ohio’s dual enrollment program that provides students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities. The purpose of this program is to enhance students’ career readiness and postsecondary success, while providing a wide variety of options to college-ready students, at no or limited costs to students and families.

Step 1: Review the Presentation (and/or videos) & Complete and turn-in CCP Letter of Intent
DUE APRIL 1 (Must complete once per year! Even if you are currently a CCP Participant, you must complete the CCP Letter of Intent again!)
Step 2: YOU apply to CCP school of your choice.
Applications are YOUR responsibility. This means you must know the deadlines of the schools to which you apply.
We will provide any official documentation or transcripts as requested by you. We do not complete your application for you.
Know the school’s requirements! (Some schools look only at GPA and course grades, others look at test scores.)
Transcript Request Form - Use this document when a college or university requires a transcript as a part of the CCP application. Turn in to Mrs. Naylor (naylor_d@milfordschools.org)
Step 3: Register for classes at your CCP school of choice.
The college or university will notify you of the course registration process.
Step 4: Schedule a meeting with your Milford HS counselor.
(We cannot determine that you are on track to meet your graduation requirements and confirm your continued program eligibility unless you schedule this meeting.)
Step 5: Notify your Milford counselor of any & all changes to your schedule.
