Class Observation
Class observation is an activity of directly observing the learning process that takes place in the classroom with the aim of understanding teaching methods, learning strategies, and interactions between teachers and students. I conducted this activity before teaching practice in order to understand the classroom situation, student characteristics, and the learning system implemented at the school. At that time, I had the opportunity to observe classes 10, 11, and 12, so I could see the differences between each grade level. I conducted the observation together with the cooperating teacher. From the observation activity, I was also able to learn many things about teaching.

Teaching Plan
During my teaching practice at the University of Northern Philippines Laboratory School, I developed lesson plans using two types of lesson plans, namely detailed lesson plans and semi-detailed lesson plans, which were tailored to learning needs. In the process of developing these plans, I received guidance and direction from my cooperating teacher, so that the lesson plans I created were in line with the curriculum and teaching system implemented at the school. During my teaching practice, I was given the opportunity to teach 11th grade students, allowing me to directly implement the lesson plans I had developed. In addition, I also had the opportunity to observe lessons in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade classes, which provided valuable experience in understanding the different characteristics of students and the teaching strategies used at each grade level.
Teaching Practice
During my teaching practicum at the University of Northern Philippines Laboratory School, I gained valuable and unique teaching experience, particularly when teaching badminton in Physical Education classes. I taught in a variety of classroom situations, which required me to adapt my teaching strategies to the conditions and characteristics of the students. The learning process usually began with an explanation of the material in the classroom, followed by practical activities on the field so that students could immediately practice the techniques they had learned. In addition, during my teaching activities, I also received assessments from the cooperating teacher and the university coordinator, so that the implementation of learning had to follow and be in accordance with the lesson plan that had been prepared in advance. This experience helped me improve my ability to plan and implement learning in a more structured and professional manner.

Final Demonstration Teaching
Final Demonstration Teaching is the last teaching activity carried out by student teachers as a form of final evaluation of their teaching practice. This activity aims to assess students' ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the learning process as a whole.
During my program at the University of Northern Philippines Laboratory School, Final Demonstration Teaching became an opportunity for me to demonstrate the pedagogical competencies I had developed during my practicum. In this activity, I conducted lessons according to the lesson plan I had prepared, starting from the opening activity, delivery of material, learning activities, to the closing activity. I was very serious in preparing for the final demonstration, accompanied by my buddies. Almost every day, I studied the material and practiced speaking on my own to achieve the best possible results.
The teaching process was usually observed and assessed by the supervising teacher, lecturers or coordinators from the university, and school officials. The assessment was based on several aspects, such as mastery of the material, learning strategies, classroom management, use of learning media, and communication skills with students.
