The Program DALLIASAT : Developing Awareness of the Life and Language of Ilocanos among Southeast Asian Teachers, is an activity organized by the University of Northern Philippines to introduce culture, history, and tourist attractions to international students. In this activity, participants are invited to visit several destinations around Ilocos Sur, such as Vigan City, so they can get to know the culture and life of the local community firsthand. This program also serves as a means for students to broaden their cultural horizons and strengthen relationships with local students and other international participants.

Kapurpurawan Rock Formation
Kapurpurawan Rock Formation is a natural rock formation in Burgos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It is located on the northwestern tip of Burgos and is situated right next to another popular tourist attraction. It was named after the Ilocano word "puraw" which means "white”. In reference to the white limestone formations formed over time.

Museo Ilocos Norte
Gameng, after the Iloko word for treasure, symbolizes the wealth of Ilocos Norte. It showcases the varied ethnicity and multi-faceted cultural heritage of a sturdy, hard working people known for their industry, resourcefulness and loyalty. The museum was primarily designed to instill a sense of pride for the roots of the young Ilocanos, Yapayaos, Itnegs and other citizens of the province. It aims to create, among both the young and old, a feeling of belonging for their ancient homeland. The symbol of the Museo, a many-rayed sun, is taken from one of the finials at the back of the 9th century church of San Nicolas.
Cape Bojeador Lighthouse
Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, also known as Burgos Lighthouse, is a cultural heritage structure in Burgos, Ilocos Norte, that was established during the Spanish colonial period in the Philippines. The lighthouse was first lit on March 30, 1892, and is set high on Vigia de Nagpartian Hill overlooking the scenic Cape Bojeador where early galleons used to sail by. After over 100 years, it still functions and serves ships that enter the Philippine archipelago from the north and guide them safely away from the rocky coast of the town. The light marks the northwesternmost point in Luzon. The northeasternmost being Cape Engaño Lighthouse on Palaui Island, Santa Ana, Cagayan.
The 66-foot-tall (20 m) octagonal stone tower, the most prominent structure in the vicinity, can be seen from as far away as Pasuquin town in the south and Bangui on the east on a clear day. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the highest-elevated nor tallest lighthouse in the Philippines but the highest-elevated still original and active Spanish era lighthouse in the country. Corregidor Lighthouse is higher at over 600 feet (180 m), and among the Spanish colonial lighthouses, the tower of Cape Melville Lighthouse is the tallest at 90 feet (27 m). In Mindoro Strait, the recently erected modern tower at the Apo Reef Light Station rises to a height of 110 feet (34 m).

Paoay Church
The Church of Saint Augustine of Paoay (Spanish: Iglesia de San Agustín de Paoay), better known as the Paoay Church, is a Roman Catholic church in Paoay, Northern Ilocos, Philippines. Completed in 1710, the church is famous for its distinctive architecture, featuring large buttresses on the sides and rear of the main building. The site was designated a National Cultural Treasure by the Philippine government in 1973 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name Baroque Churches of the Philippines in 1993.

At Baluarte Zoo, visitors can see various types of animals such as deer, birds, crocodiles, and several other exotic animals. One of the most memorable parts of a visit to Baluarte Zoo is the museum located within the area, namely the Safari Gallery at Baluarte. This museum displays a collection of preserved animals from various countries around the world.

Plaza Salcedo Dancing Fountain is one of the famous tourist attractions located in the center of Vigan City. This fountain is known for its water show that moves to the rhythm of music and is decorated with colorful lights, creating a very attractive scene, especially at night.
Baccara Bell Tower
The Bacarra Bell Tower (Torre ti Bacarra) in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, is a historic landmark built in 1828 and known as the “Domeless Bell Tower of Asia.” This 50-meter-high coral brick tower lost its dome due to a series of earthquakes between 1931 and 1983. The tower was restored in 2020 and now stands at 29 meters tall.
National Museum, Vigan City
The Padre Burgos Museum is one of the three historic buildings that is part of the National Museum of the Philippines – Ilocos (NMP – Ilocos). The museum is an ancestral house constructed in 1788, which was declared as a historical building owing to its association with the martyred priest, Fr. Jose Burgos (1837-1872), whose death along with two other priests sparked the anti-Spanish colonial resistance.

Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail (ISPJ), led by Provincial Warden Raymond T. Tabios, is located on Caniaw Road, Brgy. Taleb, Bantay, Philippines. This facility is committed to the rehabilitation of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) (prisoners) through technical training, income-generating skills (soap making, baking, sewing), and religious programs. ISPJ is also certified as a Drug-Free Controlled Prison Facility.
