Hamilton was never a president but the right hand man of the first president, Washington.
George washington: I think it is cool that he was asked to be called Mr.president. And that he served only two terms. James madison: I wonder how long he lived until he died.I did not know when he was born.
Ava: Madison was 85 when he died and was born 1751 and lived until 1836.

Kyle: I find it cool that Alexander Hamilton established the national bank. I think that Alexander Hamilton wrote a good majority of the federalist papers. I think that it is cool that Alexander Hamiton was George Washington's right hand man. I didn't know that James Maddison Was a cofounder of the democratic republican party. I find it interesting that Benjamin Franklin only went to school until 10 and had a great education.
Aiden: I found it interesting that John Adams defended the soldiers in the Boston Massacre, I also found out that John Adams had lots of family members involved in politics. I also found out that George Washington was homeschooled. I wonder what Washington’s most efficient strategies were. I wonder what would happen if Alexander Hamilton was ever president

I learned that Benjamin Franklin actually had the idea for the Albany Plan of Union. I thought it was interesting that Thomas Jefferson was the one who drafted most of the Declaration of Independence. I also learned that John Adams' son was also president, John Quincy Adams. I wonder what George Washington would think of our government now since he was the first president under the Constitution’s new laws. What do you think would have happened if we would have favored the British in the war with the French, and what would the French do to us?

I learned that Alexander Hamilton’s face is on the 10 dollar bill. I didn’t know that John Adams and his son were one of two father and son that were both presidents. I didn’t know that George Washington lost more battles than he won but he still won the war.
I wonder if a different leader led our army, would we still have won the war?
If Hamilton hadn’t established a national bank, would our country be in poverty and bankruptcy?
I think that we wouldn't have won because George Washington was very inspirational and fought through tough times when other people would just quit.- Lucas

Griffin- I learned that Alexander Hamilton died when he was 47, and might have purposely missed his shot in a duel with Aaron Burr. I thought it was cool that John Jay graduated college to become a lawyer. I didn’t know that James Madison went to Princeton University. I wonder how King George took the defeat to the Americans. I wonder what would have happened if they chose someone besides George Washington to lead the army.
Annisen: I think that King George took the defeat hard because they were once his people and I think that he felt betrayed by his own people. I think he was also mad that a small country like America beat him because he was said to have the strongest Navy in the world, and someone now has beat him and he isn’t undefeated anymore.

I learned that George Washington fought for the British before he fought for the Americans and was chief. It was interesting that George Washington did not want a big war at first. It is amazing that George Washington was not afraid to resign so quickly and decided to be a role model for future presidents.
I wonder why he chose war and not somthing else becuase he came from a very wealthy family. I think about how he would of fought in the war against british when he was once a soldier of them.
I learned that Benjamin Franklin was a representative in pennsylvania. It was interesting that when he was young he worked at a candle shop. It's amazing that he created the penny.

I wonder what would Hamilton’s legacy be if Elizabeth Hamilton didn’t save his original documents and publish them?
Jay- He would have been forgotten as anything other than the first secretary of treasurer.
Mia : I learned that historians believe that Alexander Hamilton purposely missed his shot on Aaron Burr because his son died in a duel before. He soon died later at the age of 47. I think it's very brave of him to do that for his son that passed.
I wonder how old his son was when he died in the duel.
Ava: His son Philip was 19 years old.
I think and agree that Hamilton did miss the shot on purpose because he had thought of his son and risked his life for him.
Zoey- I learned that John Jay was born on December 12, 1745. It was cool that John Adams' son was also president and that they were the only father-son presidents. It’s really interesting that Benjamin Franklin created the penny.

Jay- I think we may have had a war with France instead of Britain.
Derek- I learned that John Jay was a governor for New York in 1795, and he also signed the bill that outlawed slavery at New York in 1799. I found it interesting that he helped with the treaty of Paris. I learned that John Jay ran for president 2 times. I learned Benjamin Franklin was born on January 17, 1706. Benjamin Franklin was one of only 8 people to draft both the Declaration & Constitution.
Question- I wonder If Benjamin Franklin was never born would we still have electricity today?

I learned that John Adams' son was the 6th president. I did not know that Benjamin Franklin started working when he was 10 years old. I thought that it was cool that George Washington went to survey land before the revolutionary war. Question 1: Why did Washington pick Hamilton to be his right hand man? Question 2: I wonder if Hamiton wanted money so badly because he was poor when he was younger?
